The location was excellent and size was good.

To be improved

The facilities were very basic, value for money was poor and quality of products such as towels, linen and pillows were poor. New pillows are needed. Expecting payment for coffee at that price range was not appropriate. The apartment had a lot of damp / humidity, was very musty and the air freshers gave us allergies.

“A lovely little apartment, recommend staying here”

We liked this quirky little apartment, everything we needed and nice and quiet. Paid parking about 5 minutes walk away which was not a problem. A beautiful place to visit and plenty of places to eat. Prompt communication and no issues

“Lovely studio in a central location”

The location is great and close to an underground parking. The studio was bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated and we thought the reasonably priced "mini bar" was a great idea.

“Jerez wonderful, unit fine, but communication challenging.”

Communication from host was challenging. I received instructions on entering the unit day of arrival when we were already traveling so didn’t read it until we’d arrived. Other hosts in the multiple places we’d stayed in other cities provided this and online check in one or more days prior which was helpful or greeted us in person at arrival. The instructions I received were all in Spanish so I couldn’t understand them as I don’t read or speak Spanish. So I messaged several times in English our difficulty understanding how to locate and enter the unit but got no response until the following day. Later, host said Booking’s message center didn’t deliver the messages. I called the number listed on Bookings site and reached someone but after I explained I had rented from booking and was trying to enter the unit, the response was “Don’t call me on this line, message me instead.” Which didn’t work either. Anyways, with the help of Google Translate we were ultimately able to translate the original instructions and find and enter the unit. The difficulty was compounded by standing in the street in a torrential downpour and the host sending Spanish language messages longer than the 3500 or so characters google allows so trying to type in keywords to translate. It was frustrating especially as we were soaking wet doing it, but we figured it out. The next day, I received more messages in Spanish explaining that they hadn’t received my messages until the following morning and I responded in English and they in Spanish which I translated with Google Translate. I had specifically rented this unit because the name of the unit and several pictures in the post suggested that English communication was possible (Gook Home, Walter Mitty reference, signage in unit etc.). If you are fluent in Spanish language this unit would probably be great, but for English only speakers it will take some effort.
