The best

The location was good. Despite unclean/unfresh pillows and mattress, both pillows and mattress were comfortable. The access code to the doors was easy to use.

To be improved

The noise from the street level was disruptive for one of the bedrooms. The noise from the boiler was also disruptive. The overall facility was partly cleaned, but there were dirt marks on kitchen table and overall it felt like it wasn't cleaned properly. There were no pillow or mattress protectors. The linen may have been clean, but due to the lack of protectors and presence of stains, hairs, etc, it appeared as though the linen wasn't clean. The pillows did not smell fresh, and so very off putting / unpleasant. The towels in bathroom were poor quality, old and used. The shower screen was insufficient to keep water in shower, and hence the base exterior was damaged by water leak. The lights around the mirror were battery powered, and some were missing batteries. The A/C control for one bedroom had dead batteries.

Great location, nicely furnished and super friendly staff. Parking is easy even tough it’s not included.

To be improved

I personally don’t like the outside design of the house but of course this doesn’t affect the stay.
