Friendly and helpful owner, and good communication with the manager.
Excellent location, close to attractions and convenient for walking.
Good amenities overall, though some extras like a kettle and ice trays are missing.
Generally good value, but could be improved by adding more features.

“Super quirky apartment in a great location. Visit the free flamenco and enjoy the local bodagas 🍷”
I really appreciated the quirky features of this apartment. Lots of interesting artefacts scattered around. Our apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped.
The pool really isn’t a pool….. it’s a dip bath. However that did not spoil our experience, we were busy exploring Jerez which is fabulous.
“Great location, fun, if what somewhat crazy arty studio. With”
Great location near city centre, charming local bars
Wasn’t clearly stated in email : what room, and code to access room. Code for room was actually same as code to the main entrance…OK, but unusual: normally have different code for room. So had to call host on phone to clarify what room we were in, and code to room. Needs to be clearly stated in email.
“Cozy, idyllic, great location. · Cons: Got a wrong admission code in the email, had to call the owner upon arrival which was late at night, not comfortable. Fortunately my taxi driver stayed with me and helped out. The air conditioning did not work properly and the temperature in the flat was up to 28 degrees Celsius during the night. Stayed three nights and it was not fixed before I left, despite promises. Cockroach in the bathroom.”

“Bit disappointed would've been better if cleaner”
Location in Jerez was excellent a few minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants as well as all the tourist sights. Top floor apartment with an outdoor area on the roof. Very quiet barely saw another person while we were there. Decent size apartment with a living area kitchen and bedroom with shower in the room and a toilet in a partitioned part of the room, fridge, washing machine etc. Budget hotel price was about right. Ok for a night or 2 stopover.
Unfortunately not as clean as it should be hairs on floor and some in shower which put a downer on it. Whole room could do with a refresh and a bit of an update. Pics make it look boutique but its a little tired in reality. Parking a 10 min walk away but that goes for most hotels here. Worth downloading parking app for vastly cheaper prices.
“disapointing”
was not notified the the roomed book was changed they said we could not have the booked room as the AC was broken they put us in a room with no AC and no windows - very stuffy many thing in room did not work - lights - coffee machine
“Good decor & good location but the lack of basic items really let the apartment down in our opinion.”
Eclectic decor.
No kettle in the room even though it was listed I. the room inventory. This is a basic item in a self catering apartment. There was one in the lobby area - but pretty pointless considering there were 8 other apartments also! Only one pillow per person which were not comfortable. Face cloth size towels instead of hand towels. could have provided hand towels.
