Although there were cleaning cloths there was no tea towel to dry dishes and there were no bin bags provided. Would suggest providing these for future guests.

Unfortunately here the pluses of the accommodation are over. The major problem we faced was mold. The bigger bedroom of the apartment meets you with the strong smell especially in the wardrobes and around the beds - we didn't risk searching the mold everywhere but at first sight everything is just new and clean, however the smell didn't pass even in three days of the constant air refreshing. My husband slept first night in this room and he could not stop coughing and sneezing - he is allergic so after one night of no sleep we realized the problem is considerable, that it's not just smell and there is mold somewhere, so after that he had to sleep in another room with the kid - it came my turn to resist. I am not allergic to anything, but in three nights in the room my sinus got inflamed, the headache started and my eyes got very irritated even though I didn't stay in the room much only for the night. The mold or other chemicals may cause irritation and other reactions for anyone... Unfortunately after that my vacation was already ruined, as I didn't feel well at all. Last three nights I slept on the couch in the living room under the sounds of the dish washer - that was exactly what I was dreaming about for rare vacation days for this money. I am sad that my whole impression of Tarifa and Spain got smashed even though many things were so great in the area. Big notice for the host: please, verify what happens in the bigger bedroom of the apartment, you may cause serious diseases and reactions for the people, especially allergic. Those might be the mattresses, or maybe the room was moldy before renovation and it was not cleaned well enough - please, do not let people stay in the place till you don't fix this. The whole apartment looks so nice, fresh and clean, but do not let people get confused with this...

The place is nice, but my overall experience is mediocare as owners value their optimizations more than guest experience. There is an automated checked in and out, which works poorly. We needed to contact the support few times for assistance. In the bathroom there were empty bottles after shower gel and shampoo. On New Years Eve at 9PM they sent us the message recording to take out the trash in the night so they don't get fined. There are more suitable moments for such notifications. Also rules of taking out the trash are ridiculus - what are you supposed to do with the breakfast leftovers on the check out day? Leave eggshells in the apartament, so they start smelling or break the hours when taking the trash out is allowed? I was looking for the town hall rules for that and haven't seen them anywhere

We don’t have very much Spanish and spent about an hour trying to locate the entrance. The locals were unable to help - it would be a good idea to have an English speaker write the instructions for the entrance door etc. There was a welcome wag pack but no welcome food pack or any toilet paper.
