“A view that saved my stay.”

Lanzahost were exceptional and I can't thank them enough after I was left to find alternative accommodation on arrival having booked and paid for different accommodation way in advance who on arrival decided that they could no longer house me. They even sent a representative out at 11pm on a Saturday night as I wasn't able to see the numbers of the lock box for the keys. Location was great with a lovely view and direct access to the promenade. Comfortable bed and sofa and fire stick was a great thing to have.

To be improved

The balcony is in need of some attention. The chair cushions are left outside so very dirty. A simple storage box outside asking guests to remove and store when not in use would solve this. The white floor tiles means it just looks dirty all the time. The kitchenette is also in need of an upgrade and is made in mind of people who are 6 foot plus in height and a tap that you needed a masters degree get to work how you wanted. There is no air conditioning. The sunbeds by the two pools are the uncomfortable plastic sort.

Comfortable bed. Good apartment for a weeks stay. Nice bathroom. Sun on balcony until 5pm.

To be improved

Quite a trek from entrance to apartment. 3 flights of stairs to navigate with suitcases. A midweek towel change would have been good. A week is too long to make towels last with 2 showers a day.

Felt like it was a former holiday complex that is now closed and now a residential apartment complex for locals with the odd holiday let.no shop no bar no one on reception ever

-amazing view -comfortable bed -flat had everything we needed -could exit flat grounds directly to promenade -always parking spots outside the complex -quiet -non contact check in/out

To be improved

-cleaning could be better -would have been nice to have coffee maker or coffee machine -bedside lights didn’t work

“A perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the views and location”

A lovely quiet location. The apartment was really clean. Views from balcony fantastic. Lovely window that opened all the way in the bedroom. A very light and airy place to stay

To be improved

The only thing which was a bit odd, given the apartment was spotless was on the balcony there was a table and 3 chairs but the 4th one was odd and old and it had a mouldy cushion on it.
