“Great stay loved the apartment and Sevilla”

The best

Apartment is located centrally a short walk to all the sites , lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by . The building is a lovely typical Spanish apartment with no street noise and very private. The 3 bedrooms two bathrooms was perfect for our traveling group . The apartment is large with a nice relaxing lounge and dining room .

“Highly recommended for families!”

The best

Perfect location, within walking distance of all points of interest in the city, very clean and spacious, and well equipped. There was a minor issue with one of the showers, most likely due to misuse by previous guests, but it got solved very fast (we raised the issue in the evening, and it was taken care of first thing the next day).

the beautiful building & courtyard, the feeling of safety, access to a nice kitchen, very nice spacious bathrooms, beautiufl living area, the general convenient location, the lovely typical sevillana neighborhood & local bars, the proximity to downtown and the interesting shops and streets and sights during the Corpus Christi festival

To be improved

I wish the property had a place to store luggage, because it is a paid service otherwise in a separate location. There was not a lot of flexibility on checkout time. but the renters were otherwise very responsive and helpful

The property is very spacious and comfortable, with a great central location.

To be improved

The air conditioner did not cool the flat, and the shower in the ensuite easily flooded into the bedroom. This was reported to the management team, who required a video of the flood. So it took another day to report and another day to fix—which was inconvenient for a four-day stay.

Lovely spacious apartment in the heart of the city

To be improved

Air con did not appear to cool the apartment. When showering in en-suite bathroom, large amounts of water soaking bathroom floor, would reach the bathroom door, even a quick shower.
