The best

Nice and clean rooms and kitchen. Most kitchen utensils are provided except a cutting board. There is a L'Or capsule coffee machine that takes Nespresso capsules fine. There are a dishwasher and an electric stove with oven. Ideal for families. The nearest metro station is Lucero, about 12 minutes' walk. There is a Dia shop for food nearby (open 8.30-22.00) and several green grocers.

To be improved

Getting into the apartment was a bit stressful. An application needs to be downloaded to get access, but there was a problem with giving our location in the app. We had been trying to get in for about 40 minutes... The owner was in contact with us via Whatsapp, which was nice but bringing a key seemed complicated, so we kept trying to use the app... In the end we allowed full access to our location (even when not using the app), and somehow that helped. The apartment opens straight from the street (not from Calle de José María del Boto, but from P. Perales).
