“Convenient for trade fair visits, but plagued by excessive landlord interference, impractical rules,”

If you’re staying here for work at the new trade fair, the apartment’s location is convenient. However, for visitors wishing to explore the city, it’s rather poorly situated. The owner/landlord has established a set of rules for the apartment—which can accommodate up to eight people—that are virtually impossible to follow. Even the slightest noise (for example, simply using the staircase) prompts the landlord to send messages via WhatsApp. As a result, you receive multiple messages per day, which feels almost like harassment. After our stay, we did not get our €350 security deposit back, with the landlord claiming that the apartment needed to be cleaned twice. Moreover, the landlord was unable to provide any form of invoice. For all of these reasons, we absolutely cannot recommend this apartment.

This apartment was very nice. It was clean and had all the necessary facilities we could use. It is in a good location. The host Eduardo was very helpful and responded to all our questions. I highly recommend this place for families or group of friends or colleagues. We would definitely stay again.
