– Extreme noise levels. The biggest issue by far. The noise isn't from the nearby pub or street, but from within the building - from other guests. Only one of six nights was peaceful. One night we managed just two hours of sleep. Expect shouting, loud music, banging, breaking things... I strongly advise families with children or anyone who values sleep to avoid this place. – Unreasonable pool rules. The posted pool hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 — not ideal if you're planning active days outside the apartment. We tried a quiet swim after those hours on our first evening and were immediately told to leave. However, on every other night, groups were VERY loudly partying in the pool well past the closing time. – No air conditioning. The apartment gets very hot, so you're forced to keep windows open — which means all the noise from the hallway and pool becomes even more unbearable. There are two ceiling fans: one is usable at night with a low setting, but the one in the master bedroom only has a high-speed setting, making it feel like sleeping under a helicopter. Those sleeping on the couch are no better off — the window above the sofa opens to a hallway, and hallway lights shine directly in your face every time someone walks by at night. – Unreliable parking. There’s no dedicated parking spot. You need to find street parking, which can be a hassle. The longest we had to walk to our car was about 10 minutes. – We had a clogged shower drain, but were able to clear it using a cleaning product that was already there. We also encountered a few cockroaches during our stay. – The kitchen is quite basic and lacks essentials like dishwashing brushes/sponges, kitchen towels, a lid for the large pan, and an oven. – Sloppy construction build. All the doors are extremely noisy — the bathroom door barely opens. Much of the furniture is loose or poorly assembled, and electrical cables are oddly routed throughout the apartment.

Everything we needed was brought immediately,so we all enjoyed 😍

On our arrival day there were cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen floor, kitchen sink and running across the sides. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no toaster or oven to cook in. Lots of steps to get in the property and out. Said it was the second floor but was actually the third floor.
