Terrible condition of appartments and complex itself! The house is already literally falling apart - parts of the facade and balconies are falling off and falling down. Because of this, there is no parking for residents - the entrance to the territory is blocked and everything is fenced, including the pool below. Problems with parking you are always provided. Appartments are ultra small. Very little space - especially in the shower and toilet. First 24 hours Wi-Fi didn't work. Then lost electricity. We were forced to sit for 6 hours in the hellish heat without air conditioning, waiting for the electricians to fix everything. After that, a huge amount of dirt and dust formed in the apartments. The owner just stopped getting in touch, ignoring everything we wrote to him. Thanks to God we changed our place of residence after 6 days, moving to another area in better quality accommodation.

water pressure in the shower was very low a few times. the common areas of the building in which the appartement is located, including swimming pool area, are very basic and not very cosy

Bed was brand new & very hard, was too uncomfortable for us so we had to sleep on the Sofabed which was moderate. The Building was old & tired, very poor lighting on the landings, didn't feel safe when getting out the lift, it was pitch black.

bathroom facilities weren’t the best. not 2 bathrooms.
