No balcony we did know this when booking but really missed it

There were a few things that inconvenienced us on our first two days. After we had unpacked, we were then told that we would have to change apartment the next day due to the apartment being double booked. We also had great difficulty with the lock / keys to the first apartment. We couldn’t lock the main door as the key wouldn’t come back out of the lock. We had to get a few people to try to help us but they couldn’t lock it either, and neither could the owner who came to meet us. We therefore had to leave the door unlocked which made us nervous about going out so we didn’t venture far. In the morning, there was a leak under the kitchen sink which meant there was water all over the kitchen floor so we had to try and dry/clean this up. We were told that the new apartment would be ready from 12pm so we stayed in the apartment until then, after dealing with the leak. This was an inconvenience as we would have gone out earlier than this. At 12pm, we were then told to come back in half an hour. After 45minutes we eventually got in. This wasted and took up a big part of our day. It was not ideal having to move all of our unpacked belongings to the new apartment. I contacted the owner about the issues and felt we should be compensated for the inconvenience of moving apartment, the keys and the leek. None of which were our fault. She agreed and said it would be refunded through booking.com. I haven’t heard anything back since and although I have messaged her a few times, she has ignored these. Really unprofessional and very disappointing!
