“Immaculate but without character”

The best

Very large resort hotel. Clean, comfortable and well equipped but utterly soulless. Very expensive for a resort which could be anywhere. I can’t fault the rooms, facilities or staff, but this place lacks any character which is such a shame in a city as beautiful as Valencia.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Particularly good concierge staff who recommended some great restaurants . Views from balcony good. Small but pleasant spa pool which we enjoyed but had 1 free entry with our room . Would not pay for a second visit mainly as it was too busy for us . The hotel breakfasts are great although on some mornings slight delay in a table being free but staff worked hard to address . For dinner on our first night in hotel had a lovely evening so would defo try if staying.

“Perfect Hotel in Valencia”

The best

What a wonderful stay! This hotel is beautiful. The views from the sea view rooms are incredible. The staff are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about Valencia. The great thing about the hotel is that it’s a relaxing oasis. You’re right next to the beach, there’s a good sized spa, outdoor pools, a restaurant and a gym. You have all the amenities of a resort hotel but it’s only a short drive into the city centre. There’s a taxi rank right outside so it’s easy to get around and I understand good public transport too. This is a great place for wellness and relaxation but also for exploring. I work in the travel industry and have been lucky enough to stay in many hotels and this is one of my favourite. It’s a special place. I will definitely visit again!
