“Convenient apartment in a residential area”
The best

Well furnished apartment in a residential area very close to supermarkets (Mercadona, LIDL), free parking, perfect to explore Tenerife South. It has everything you need to prepare your meals at home (electric hobs, microwave, moka and some coffee is provided). The sofa is very comfortable, perfect to relax. It has a tub shower combo and water pressure is great. Nearby containers to separate waste. Nextdoor tourists were loud but it's not renter's fault, we turned some music on 🎵 Self check-in is very convenient.

To be improved

The single bed in the little bedroom needs to be fixed, one leg is almost broken

It was very close to the South airport, got off at first bus stop and 10mins walk. Many super market are near by. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and interior in the house are great!

If there are washing machine, it was perfect.

“A comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a convenient location”
The best

I had wonderful stay at Las Brisas. The apartment is fantastic—beautifully decorated, with all the modern conveniences, and a lovely, homey feel. It was spotless upon arrival, which I really appreciated. The location is in a quiet residential area, a bit removed from the main tourist spots, but just a 10-minute walk from San Isidro Bus Station. From there, you can easily reach any part of Tenerife, making it a great base for exploring the island. While the immediate surroundings aren’t the most picturesque, they are safe and offer plenty of amenities like supermarkets, bars, cafes, and fast food options.

I had some reservations about the pre-check-in process. I was asked to click on a link to a third-party website to input passport details for all guests. While I understand that this procedure is common (many hotels photocopy passports at check-in), I didn’t feel comfortable entering sensitive personal information on a third-party site. This doesn’t seem fully aligned with Booking.com’s terms and conditions. I even contacted Booking.com for clarification, but their customer service did not resolve my concerns or provide the reassurance I needed. While I believe the pre-check-in process is genuine, I would have preferred a method that ensured my personal information wasn’t shared with an external website. Overall, despite this observation, my stay at Las Brisas was very enjoyable, and the apartment itself is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in Tenerife.
