Plenty of space, excellent location, clean and public transport as well as a breakfast/lunch/diner location at the corner

All was good.

The property was super clean. Looked just like on the photos. Nice and spacious. We had access to a shared washing machine on the ground floor, which was really handy, as we were there for 10 days. The apartment was cleaned mi-stay and linen/towels were changed, which was much appreciated. Good place to eat right next door more or less. Spar supermarket only 5 minutes' walk away. 5 stars to Alvaro who met us with the keys and looked after us during our stay. Very kind and patient. Arranged taxis for us to/from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for him. If we return, we will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is situated in Ciudad Jardín, 3km north of the historical centre of Vegueta & Triana and 2.5 km south of Playa de las Canteras so both are an easy walk or bus ride away. The apartment is on the first floor, it is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen area, lounge, bedroom and large bathroom with high tech shower. There is a washing machine, dryer and drying racks downstairs for communal use, detergent is provided. There is a tassimo coffee maker and filter machine, kettle, toaster, hob and large fridge freezer, TV, a socket on each side of the bed, complimentary shower gel, shampoo and moisturiser, as well as plenty of towels, and hairdryer.
