Las Brisas

Thank you for a lovely stay at Las Brisas, we had a wonderful time and truly appreciated the warm welcome. The apartment was absolutely spotless on arrival, genuinely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in, which made a great first impression.

Main reason for choosing a villa at Las Brisas was the location and this didn’t disappoint. Complex facilities and staff were all very good including the pool and bar / restaurant. We also made use of the shower room on our last day as we had a late flight home and wanted to continue to enjoy the pool. We stayed in Villa 83 and in the main it was good. Negatives being the air conditioning. It was not advised before or at time of booking that this is a separate charge and operates on a meter accepting €1 and €2 coins. €1 would likely last a good few hours continuous use so not too bad. However, the quality of the aircon was poor. Was more like a fan blowing out slightly cool air and then the biggest frustration was it tripped the whole villas electrical charge on the two times we used it. If you are going to charge for the use it has to actually work! It did make the evenings somewhat uncomfortable. Secondly it is in need of a bit of TLC in my opinion. Older furniture and beds, cobwebs around the place etc. Would I stay at Las Brisas again, yes absolutely. Would I stay in villa 83, probably not unless it’s given a bit of attention and the aircon drastically improved, as there does seem to be some much nicer looking villas on the complex on our walks around.

I like la brisas, the property was lovely had lovely neighbours so peaceful & relaxing

Good location and very well maintained

Location for bus stop and restaurants etc. nice pool area. Cleanliness of resort. Security gates. Ease of check in and out.
