The best

The apartment is very well placed, close to the beach and to Santa Catalina square, well connected to public transportation. Very clean. Close to shops and everything

To be improved

Because of the sliding windows that do not close hermetically, you will hear every noise from the street, no matter how low. If you plan to sleep on the couch in the livingroom, outside noises will disturb you. Also, one night when it rained the rain falling on the window sill was so loud it was like being outside. It has a washing machine, but you have to buy your own detergent. It has an equipped kitchen, but you have to bring yout own salt.

The best

During our 11 day stay we felt almost like at home. The facilities and the location were perfect for us. We recommend the flat, especially to families with children. A new very handy lift takes you to the flat right from the busy street level. The location is in the middle of local shops full of Las Palmas vibe, also close to the beautiful 3 km long beach, considered one of the best urban beaches in Europe. If this is what you need you are in the right safe place. We have warm memories of our holiday and the flat’s solid contribution.
