Great location, close to the beach as well as a short walk to the bus station. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very safe and secure. All you need for a trip away from home.

The property was perfect for us It had all we needed for a week in las palmas The apartment was clean and well set up for guests The location was perfect, right on the boardwalk and playa canters at the north end of the beach Catalina was most helpful We would definitely come back and stay again

The 3rd floor apartment is conveniently located next to the beach with decent side views of the beach front and sea. It has a portable ramp for wheelchair access to the block and a permanent ramp to the lift lobby, although the lift can be a bit too small for some wheelchairs so enquire about it prior booking. The owner is really helpful and will provide the measurements if in doubt. The apartment has a good size glazed balcony, with a table and chairs, that can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom. Good size bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. There's free and reliable WiFi. The kitchen has a washing machine and full size fridge/freezer. Although being fairly well equipped, it is more suited to light cooking as it has just a standard two hob electric cooker and microwave. But with lots of restaurants nearby and fantastic beach not sure if you really would want to be stuck inside cooking 3 course meals. All in all it's a really good choice and I would definitely stay again if visiting Las Palmas

This apartment is a hidden gem! I rarely leave reviews, but this place was so perfect I had to share. The location is unbeatable - literally 5 meters from the beach! The apartment itself was very well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, friendly owner even when we arrived an hour earlier than planned. Quiet side street just meters from the beach. Elevator.
