“Nice accommodation but badly maintained”
The best

In general a very nice and spacious apartment with lovely decorated but unfortunately not well maintained.

To be improved

There was several defects in the apartment nr 5. We claimed about the broken leg of an armchair, bathroom door which was impossible to lock or close and the extremely noisy cooker hood (broken). The host promised to look after all that but nothing happened during our 3 days visit. There was a garage downstairs and a door from apartment basement to the garage. But it was not possible to lock the door to the garage. However, it was possible to lock the garage door from outside. Fine, but no-one informed us about the open door in the basement and garage when we arrived! Anyone could have entered the apartment via the garage! As part of check-in we were also asked to sent pictures of our ID-cards and credit card information for deposit. However, it is not possible to send pictures via booking.com. And booking.com should take care of the secure credit card information and privacy. In addition there was several issues we did not claim for the host, like - Unpleasant gasoline smell. (Most likely due to a heating system in the basement. ) - Dishwasher waste water was pumped into the washing machine next to - Outdoor furnitures were extremely dirty - The double bed was very narrow, maybe 140cm wide Summary: All too much defects for an accommodation with rating over 9!
