Nothing to complain about, not very close to the pier, but an easy walk

It was very warm, especially in the loft. The bathroom was small and awkward without any ventilation or window and nowhere to put stuff while showering.

The person that was supposed to meet us never showed up to meet us and someone else told us to let ourselves into to the office and use a code for the key. We also were never given a key fab. We paid for a 2 bedroom deluxe and received a tiny one bedroom.

We were advised to text an hour before arrival. I did. No one replied. When we came at the gate, we called the property and they said to wait. After 2 hours (literally) not even joking! And 3 other families with us outside, the staff (husband and wife) had to talk to us even though it wasn’t their job to put their face and take all the blame when it was supposed to be the admin or the owners. They said, the property were taking more booking than the capacity of the building. It was ridiculous. A couple were told they couldn’t get the room they had booked and would get a smaller one. Then, it was mentioned the property had parking but we were told to check at 10pm if there were any. I mean, the property is nice but the service oh my God! a nightmare! Thank God the couple staff were there and they said they were going to quit the job the next day because the owners refuse to face their customers.

The check-in and the communication in generell was not the best (when you are not Spanish) - it felt mostly like automated messages. The street before the Appartement was quite loud.
