Location was good. Everthing was clean, very simply.

Very poor kitchen and bathroom facilities, very vierd pillow-one long one, not 2 seperate, poor bedding. Lot of things in the apartment are worn or broken. I needed to wait 1 month to get back my deposit. Price is too high for those apartments.

We really enjoyed our stay, apt is in a fab location near the beach, lots of bars and restaurants. Balcony facing the sun all day and has ocean view. We would stay here again when visiting tenerife.

More pillows on bed needed as too thin and comfier chairs in balcony area 😊

Some of the apartment had what lookes like new fixtures, nothing pleasing otherwise.

The location and apartment was over a shop, in a town centre, noisy at night, other apartments had no insulation, so you could hear everything, cockroaches in the bathroom, espeacially at night, balcony looks down on the town, nightlife ended about 2-3am, the pictures on booking.com are old, maybe when they first had the apartments, cosy table at the top of the enclosed stair well, communal area is on the top of the enclosed roof area, whole in the shower wall, disgusting rubbish outside of the building, disappointing, and not easy to find. We left after our second day.
