Las Fresas Apartments

The apartment advertised on bookings.com was not in the slightest similar to the one we got. Again I understand updating was in progress it was very unsafe to negotiate our way to the pool area and back gate I am very disappointed as I book on bookings at least 6 times a year and this was definitely false advertising. Very poor quality and outdoor area actually dangerous

The kitchen ceiling was pealing and upstairs door doesn’t lock The main door broke on 5 th day couldn’t get it fixed so had to stay in for 2 days as we couldn’t leave our stuff or the owners stuff in a unlock apart The beds well look at pictures speak for them selfs Don’t use the washing machine as we did and I walked up stairs and nearly ended up down them 100 times quicker and in a hospital bed as it leaks and runs into the landing and down the stairs

Tv not working, oven not clean, basic utensils, iron plug dangerous,no handle on fridge. Bedding was atrocious, insufficient supply when eventually found. Mattress heavily soiled & no curtain or blind on window in Bathroom everyone could see from roadside & apartments above.Washing machine in main bathroom not good position.
