The best

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The host was friendly and communication was easy. The apartment was clean and had most of the essentials for a comfortable stay. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the swimming pool was absolutely great – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, a good experience and a nice place to stay.

To be improved

Mattresses to be a bit uncomfortable, and we missed having an kettle in the kitchen.

“Excellent property but could be outstanding”

The best

Location was central to most amenities. The estate which the villa was on was very quiet, beautiful and the two swimming pools were outstanding. Security was great with coded door for main entrance. Grounds were always immaculate.

To be improved

The outside paintwork was desperate for some TLC, it's the first thing you see when coming to the apartment for the first time. Furniture needs updating in the living area, grubby and tired. Roller shutters needed some DIY maintenance. All these minor things could easily be remedied

The best

The host was really friendly and he let us check in a little earlier and check out a bit later. The terrace was really nice.

To be improved

Based on the photos we expected the apartment to look a little nicer. The biggest problem, however, was the cleanliness. There was still a lot of dust and dirt in the corners. Plates, etc, were also not properly cleaned and we had to wash all of them again. Every now and then a cockroach came out in the evening. The grill on the terrace hasn't been cleaned in ages - thus we were not able to use it. An electric kettle was missing. All in all it could be a really nice stay but the apartment has to be deep cleaned and some stuff replaced (chairs on the terrace for example).

“Quiet relaxing break in apartment that was well equipped for a holiday break.”

The best

Quite location but only 15 minutes walk to Corralejo + facilities like the choice of 2 adult pools + also 2 children’s pools + small balcony to rear of property and large sun terrace at front of property. Apartment was well equipped.
