“Old apartment with sea view”

Great location in the middle of the city with a sea view.

To be improved

Needs some TLC - falling towel hanger in the bathroom, leaking shower curtain, hole in the railing, the sofa is not in a good state. The bed mattresses need a replacement. Our apartment was located on the 3rd floor and there was no lift.

“pleasant couple of days”
The best

Location was good. Very convenient for the sea and harbour. Lots of good restaurants around. Easy to get to the airport.

To be improved

The noise from nearby flats and blues bar. Sound proofing was poor. I was expecting it and it does not stop me sleeping but it was loud. When we were there it was not too hot but in high summer it might be hard to get flat cool. Standard email from owner needs to be reworded. It is very threatening compared to all the other places we stayed.

Location, close to Marina, difficult to find, a few surrounding landmarks would have helped

To be improved

Washing machine didn't work, as we weren't aware of it, had to lug all the wet things from washer and spend an afternoon of our short holiday in a laundromat. I did inform the contact, and he said he would talk to someone, no-one came to see if over the next 5 days
