beautiful area, the apartment is ok, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It needs a lot of renovation, the hot water does not work properly, the air conditioning does not work, the bed linen smells bad, the hairdryer is not... When you have a problem, they do not respond to messages, I asked for help 3 times, no one answered, I'm sorry for the comments, but it needs to be renovated

The best

A really nice penthouse—beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, city, and restaurants.

To be improved

The property requires a deep clean, as there was dust throughout, sticky kitchen cupboards, and a dirty fridge, oven and washing machine. Overall, it feels tired and in need of some work to restore it to an acceptable standard. It’s a shame because the penthouse itself is lovely, but the lack of cleanliness takes away much of its charm.
