There is a problem with hot water in the bathroom, most of the time there is only cold water. Its not so close to the beach if you are coming for sea

Amongst other things NO HOT WATER for the whole time we were there. There is No human to talk to just the ‘virtual assistant’ so on the 2nd day of our stay we messaged this assistant to inform them about freezing cold showers we had to endure and was assured it would be sorted, but unfortunately it never was, In fact we ended up leaving 2 days early to alternate accommodation (at our own expense) as the problem was never resolved So to summarise 1/ No hot water for 4 of the 5 days - freezing cold showers 2/ Door to our room not secure- architrave came away from the door frame and with a little shove anyone could break into our room 3/ insufficient cutlery for 8 adults (1 fork 1 tea spoon 1 table spoon) 4/ no mugs to make a tea or coffee in 5/ door handle to the shared bathroom comes off in your hand and you have to get someone on the other side to let you out 6/ my cable and plug removed so couldn’t charge my phone 7/ leak in the bathroom from the shower door Which it so server it needs 2 bath mats to soak it up which are consistently drenched wet throught 8/ toilet seat is loose on 1 side so when you sit in it, it moves 9/ the baths enamel is disgraceful - rusty around the plug and definitely not possible to have a bath in PLEASE SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED These things all need to be rectified immediately Primarily the hot water which is absolutely unacceptable We asked for a refund but have been refused

The door to the room doesn't close conveniently. When we were in the kitchen, the door slammed shut because the window was open. The keys we could use to open the room were left in the room itself, and the phones were also inside. We were left in the kitchen without the ability to get back into the room. In this situation, we simply knocked on the neighbors' rooms, asking them to take their phones and contact the administration. The first time we called, a girl picked up the phone, she just listened to us and hung up without helping in any way. The next time we called, a guy picked up the phone, and he said that the owner of the apartment would come and bring other keys. The operators understood English, so there were no problems with communication. We waited for the owner for 30 minutes. A nice old lady came, who didn't understand English 🥰 but helped open the door.
