No means to any water unless you pay for it. No refreshments in the room. Air conditioning was not working properly in all 3 rooms booked.

The fact we were charged for 1 x triple and 3 x twin and on arrival were told they are all twin

Be aware!! There is no AIRCO as they mentioned soo bad ☹️was almost 40 degrees in the room and if u open the windows a lot of noise , the swimming pool is old and not clean and even no space enough. Complained to the reception and called several times booking bec we have a kid and medical issues no help at all . So disappointed and we don’t advise anyone to go there .

Everything. It’s a shocking hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, the air conditioning did not work, toilet rolls were not replaced, the beds were uncomfortable, there was a lack of pillows. Access to the pool was dangerous where you had to queue up as a serious lack of sun beds, it has temporary access as scaffolding was up everywhere, the access was a steep ramp and low headroom doorway where folk kept banging their heads. The pool itself is shabby, there are no toilet facilities near the pool so one can imagine where everyone was urinating. The lifts are in need of modernising as slow. The restaurant is like a works canteen, the breakfasts were awful, coffee and juice machine worked every other day. In all honesty booking.com should give us a full refund.

The room was very hot. The a/c was crap and no access inside the room to get the temperature down. There are no plug ins anywhere in the room other than for the tv. So no ability to plug in and charge phone. The carpets in the hallway look like a car tire has torn them up, so dirty looking. And cockroaches in the halls. The lights inside the room made it feel either like a dungeon (too dark) or like a classroom (Florescent lights). The beds are cots! And not at all comfortable.

Had to unplug the room phone to charge mine . No extra ones . On the 5th floor the carpets in hallways were wasted and horrid . The aircon was noisy and ineffectual . Not a pleasant experience
