Las Ramblas, comfort in BCN for 8 persons

There was no contact with the owner/agent at all since we arrived. A guy who was responsible for checking-in was very helpful but then when we told the agency about some problems that we had (there was no hairdryer which was supposed to be there and the intercom didn't work), they never replied and didn't try to solve the issues at all. I tried to contact them through Booking, through e-mail and through the guy who helped with check-in: there were no reply. Another problem was the water in the bathrooms: it was constantly switching from hot to cold and back. It was also not very clear from the pictures, but one of the rooms (with the double bed) is tiny and does not have a window at all. The living room is nice but quite dark, since the window looks at the tiny courtyard. Several lights in the flat didn't work (luckily there are plenty of various lighting and some of it worked). It was also rather inconvenient to have only three sets of keys for 7 adults, but we knew this before we arrived. Overall, the flat is nice, but it is very important that the landlords/agency are in touch with their tenants and ready to respond to possible problems in the flat.
