The best

Great host and very responsive. The history clearly actioned previous reviews. The beds and bedrooms are comfortable, and it’s only a 10 minute walk to Yumbo and a 20 minute walk to the beach. Coffee, bars, places to eat, grocery store and a running track are all very close to the apartment

To be improved

The shower was big but has trouble draining efficiently. Not a massive issue but we had 2 couples and another person sharing the apartment so we had to be mindful of how long we showered for. It’s an old building so don’t expect a modern apartment but it’s clean and has all the basics

“We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend this apartment, lots of space and comfort!!”
The best

The apartment is super comfy, so close to amenities, shops, parks and bus stops. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but it is a nice walk and it helps explore the neighbourhood. There is everything you need in the apartment, including the washing machine and detergent, iron and other useful things. The wardrobes are huge and have lots of hangers. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. There is a tv in every room and is connected to a Netflix account to watch movies. The host is very friendly and helpful if needed.

To be improved

The hot water runs out within one shower, which means that either some guests have to wait for the boiler to heat up again or to have a cold shower. Luckily the weather is on your side and a cold shower is not too unpleasant. The front door lock is a bit tight and to open the door a little faff, but it works.
