Couldn't get English TV

Not a dislike, property needed more cutlery. I.e knives only 2 available. Dislike to plastic sheeting and standard of double bed. Drainage smell from bathroom a little off putting.

The only thing I could criticize is the key collection on arrival. The apartment is in an enclosed complex and you have to access the outside door to get into the complex. Our keys were actually at the apartment, so of course, we couldn't get to them without access to the complex first! We were very confused on arrival and walked around the perimeter of the complex for a good 10-15 minutes trying to get in. Luckily were we eventually let in by a neighbour who just happened to be opening the gates himself.

There was a reoccurring noise in the main bedroom. Almost like a buzzing noise, after searching everywhere we came to the conclusion it must be a pipe within the wall. The drains in the shower room gurgled quite a bit too. After staying in the second bedroom to avoid the noise we found both mattresses in the small bedroom very uncomfortable. We returned to the main bedroom and slept with ear pods thereafter.

With the apartment seeming to be brand new there was a few things missing that only become apparent when staying their these included, there is a washing machine but there was no Iron (we bought one and left it there for the next guests) no can opener, shortage of Kitchen utensils, The apartment appeared spotless but we were surprised to find the cleaner did not look under the seats on the veranda plus there is an extra payment needed on booking for cleaning of 100 Euros which we found excessive as the only thing the host has to do is change the bedding and towels, They also want a 100 Euro security deposit before arrival which nearing 2 week after departing we are still waiting to receive! if these rather small details were sorted we would have no problem giving place 4 to 5 stars
