“A great reasonably priced option for short trip to Sevilla.”
The best

This is a great option for a short stay in Sevilla. The location can't be beat, really. Right in the heart of everything, but the apartment is on the ground floor at the back of a courtyard, so it's very quiet. Alvaro is a lovely guy and meets you personally to give you the keys and show you the place. He is very helpful with tips and attentive to any needs should you need his assistance. Speaks pretty good English which is helpful if (like me!) you don't speak any Spanish. Has a small kitchen, living / dining room, bedroom with lot of cupboard space and bathroom with Shower over bath.

To be improved

This has been noted in some other reviews. The apartment only has two windows - 1 in lounge area, 1 in bedroom, which have frosted glass for privacy. So this means that there is not much natural light. The lighting in the apartment is good and I didn't feel this was a problem for a short stay, but for a longer stay of more than 3 or 4 nights, I would suspect it may feel a little oppressive. Particularly if you were planning to spend a lot of time inside - but why would you? you're in Sevilla - get out and explore!!! The apartment has a tiled floor which can be quite cool. Great in summer but it maybe a little cold for some in winter. I didn't mind it (I stayed in Feb), but if you're someone who really feels the cold, you may not like it during the winter months.
