“Cozy place with nice hosts.”

The best

Parking is available on the side of the road and we always had space to park. It's a short walk to one of the best beaches on Tenerife or you can park the car at free parking area if you don't feel like walking. The apartment is cozy and the host was very nice and communicative.

To be improved

Some people might not like driving on a slope through a narrow path to get to the apartment. If you get scared easily while driving, then you should leave your car somewhere below in the city. The apartment is also right next to power lines, if that is something that might bother someone.

low water pressure, old and uncomfortable beds, bad cleaning status, windows only to an internal courtyard with smoking neighbors, too small for the advertised four persons, smelly sofa, no close parking space, broken door on street level, no table inside, loud neighbors,

The best

The contact (Miriam) was very friendly and helpful. The whole flat was clean nice and well equipped. We always found a parking space in front of the building.

To be improved

The only negative I can mention, is that the high voltage wiring above the building sometimes emitted a buzzing sound. It could only heard from outside, so it was not a big issue, but my wife was a bit afraid to sit on the balcony.

We had a very lovely time in San Andrés. The apartment is far enough away from the main street to allow you to enjoy very quiet mornings and evenings with a great view of the mountains surrounding San Andrès. We had everything we needed and our very friendly and helpful host even left us some crisps and water as welcome gifts. We can only recommend staying there if you plan to explore the northern part of Tenerife, as it is a great starting point for hikes as well as day trips to Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz.
