“A well located downtown location with a helpful owner and parking possibility.”

The biggest advantages of the place are: the helpful owner and the provided parking possibility in a nearby parking structure. (If you come by car you definitely will need a parking option and it is a real challenge in Almería, especially if you saw how vehicles are towed away with the assistance of the local police.) The apartment is very well located, the major attractions are in walking distance. The roof accession is also a great advantage of the place.

To be improved

A soap-holder and a towel hanger would be great in the bathroom.
