“Perfect house for a family holiday”

The best

Perfect house for our party travelling with 7 adults and a young baby. The location is great with a selection of supermarkets only 10 minutes drive away in Nerja, plenty of restaurants and a short drive up the hills to the beautiful town of Frigiliana. The house worked well for us, four large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and laundry room and a spacious living area. The house was very clean on arrival, fresh linen and plenty of towels. The garden and pool were lovely with a view of the sea, plenty of sun loungers, choice of eating areas and a great BBQ/outdoor kitchen. Many thanks to Menyber for looking after us so well.

The furnishings were a little dated. The kitchen knives were blunt!

“Lovely pool ,spent thousands of pounds on the property however it was a waste of money and ruined are holiday”

It’s looked absolutely stunning from outside ,the pool looked amazing and was amazing as well as the bbq .There was lots of equipment to use for example games ,books ,kitchen utensils and appliances.

There was no hot water for the duration of the holiday and it was freezing cold when they did fix it on the 2nd last night it was boiling and burnt out the children as there was no cold water .The toilets didn’t flush and the showers were broken.Handles ,knobs,toilets seats everything you touched fell to pieces .There was no smoke alarms until they came to fix it on the 2nd day ,and they didn’t tell us that people where going to be in the house so we was alarmed by there presence.Also we had no knowledge of the smoke alarms no being fitted .They didn’t inform us of security cameras being on in the house which is very invasive.The floor broke outside when you step on it as well as ant infestation.Which left the children and I constantly finding ants all over ourselves and belongings .The staff are unhelpful and rude and failed to resolve issue properly when reported.The WiFi didn’t work upstairs and at in one bathroom there was no running water.
