We stayed here from 24 to 27 Oct 2024. On arrival the apartment was very dirty, the cleaning of the floor has obviously been forgotten since the cleaning utensils were still in the middle of the entrance. Forgetting the cleaning can happen, it's a mistake. But also the dishwasher was still filled with kitchenware and, to our surprise, with cleaning rags and sponges, which is very unhygienic and quite frankly, disgusting. Once my partner and I noticed these mistakes, we informed the host immediately (30 mins after our planned check-in time) via WhatsApp to the telephone number provided by them and also sent pictures and videos. We had to clean the apartment ourselves and slept one night. In the evening (host knew about our check-in time around 21:30) and even in the morning (host's office opens at 09:00) there was no response to my messages. We decided to check out since there was no answer and requested a refund. We stated this in a message to the host (10:52). The reaction of them (suddenly they were very fast with answering), was very rude since they accuse us that we just wanted to stay one night. This is an unfounded claim since I had train tickets and other hotel reservations during our round trip through Spain. If you want to spent a nice vacation do NOT book this apartment or any other accommodation offered by "Orclaus Management". You will be disappointed. Maybe you're lucky and everything is fine in the apartment, but if not, do not expect any help or logical answers of the host. For us, this was the worst accommodation we ever stayed in. Super unfriendly people which destroy the good reputation of Spanish hospitality.
