The best

I cannot describe with words how wonderful this town is, a true hidden gem of Gran Canaria. The house Las Velas is in a perfect position in the town, and the view from the windows is just something astonishing. It went far beyond my expectations and be sure that when I will return in this island, I will stay some days there again. The owners are simply amazing too and helped me in a moment of need. Thank you, you made my stay in this island really special.

The best

What a wonderful apartment with a view looking out over the sea. I could lie in bed at night with the windows wide open listening to the waves. In the morning, across the promenade, down the stairs & into the sea within 2 mins - magic! Well appointed apartment with everything I needed. My hosts were so kind & friendly. Perfect place for a laid back beach holiday nicely off the beaten track.

To be improved

Giants beware - keep your head down! Although plenty of head space in the main area.

Best place I have been to so far! The owner was very kind, showed as everything and gave us small presents.

From the photos of the place I got the impression, that the rooms are bigger then they actually were.Did't bother me much, I liked the place anyway.

“Amazing time spent”

The best

Wonderful location facing the ocean, one step to the beach, small but very cosy and clean apartments. The hosts were very hospitable, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and other goodies were available.

“Best hosts ever!”

The best

The host couple is the best ever. 10 out of 10, 100 out of 100, including the fact that they do not speak English and my Spanish is at beginner level. Very welcoming, very helpful. I also liked a card for entering that "private" beach area by car :). If you like lazy beach Spanish vacation, the place is for you! :) and in general the place is very local, very few tourists there.

To be improved

The room was smaller than expected, for one person it is OK, for two - a bit tight. The ladder to the upper floor was quite steep, in fact it's not a full second floor, just a place for a bed, a very comfortable bed by the way.
