“Comfortable family place.”

Apartment was clean , Situated 24 minutes walk from historic city center where all the places to visit are located. ideal for 3-4 persons. Ideal for 2-3 nights , Host was available over chat ,we did not met him personally but he was very helpful, we had initial difficulty in unlocking the box to collect keys.So we called host he responded in 2 mins . Parking outside is available on both sides of the road but very difficult to find available. Restaurants 2 mins from the apartments serve very authentic Spanish food at genuine prices. We did not have the breakfast , but there was some basic breakfast stuff. Kitchen and toilets were clean. There was clean kitchen, washing machine, we did not use much

To be improved

Nothing negative to say except it is located on the last floor without lift .

We liked the location very much, it was a super quiet area. The beds were comfy and warm and the balcony was very pretty. Jesus was very straightforward with the instructions and everything went according to plan.

To be improved

There were some things missing to make it more comfortable, for example, table cloth and more chairs. But other than that, it was very good!

“Possible SCAM!! We had NO STAY!”

Our host was totally unresponsive re all communications, NO one met us at the property and we waited around for more than 90 minutes. At no point since making our booking did the host respond. We made contact about suitable parking close to the premises, informed them of our arrival time, let them know that our credit card was stolen in Barcelona and that we would be paying with a different card - zero response! (all our other hosts responded promptly to the same communications). We phoned the host 3 times while waiting outside the building, each time reaching a marketing company's voicemail. We eventually alerted booking.com assuming that we were scammed. We found alternative accom at a higher price and are still trying to resolve this with booking.com and get a refund. This incident occurred on 23 May, one month ago.
