Not been told it is on a 3rd floor Had heavy luggage and lower back issues and not a young dude. No elevator. It needs to be informed!

The location of the apartment was great, calm neighbourhood but still in the city center. The place felt cozy, filled with light and plants. The bed was quite comfortable, although a bit short for a tall couple like us. For one night it felt just right.

To be improved

We told the host in advance we would check-in at 16:00, but the cleaning service was not yet finished, so we had to wait for 30min. Apart from that the host was kind and responsive. The kitchen was not the cleanest, some dishes were still a bit dirty, and the utensils were quite limited (e.g. only one spoon), but otherwise it was decent. There were only 2 small towels for 2 people, no extra for hands or feet.
