Lift available but give me the underground room but i have 4 heavy luggages by stairs it's not convenient . Otherwise besides door cannot lock I feel unsafe. no feedback after complain

The apartment is clean, central location and comfy bed

They don’t have direct watsapp contact for assistance as the staff only work office hours. I had to msg then thru booking.com or have to email them.This is not convenient as it take a while for them to reply. They have emergency contact but not able to contact via watsapp as this will incur international call charges. Overall the apartment is good.But they must improve on customer support service. Thank you
