Lavanda - Apartamento Privado en Villa Compartida, Marbella

very very extrem uncomfortable beds, very very uncomfortable lights. we only stayed a night instead of 7 nights. they didn't give us any money back. the kitchen was very broken, the dishwasher distroyed, the bathroom stinky and the beds ....more then uncomftable. one bed like a stone, the other one super soft.....the garden super small and so hard to go to the house with a bigger car. no nice view at all. for us not the way of vacation. we went home where it is much better!

When we arrived for check in there was no contact about gaining access to the apartment and the person dealing with our stay would not reply to messages or answer calls. 2 hours after check in we were contacted and given keys to the property. We were put in a smaller apartment and told we could move to the bigger one the next day as people were still staying in there. We did not choose to do so due to the hassle of packing our belongings and moving over as we had plans on the following day. On Saturday morning we were woken up at 10am with 5 members outside of the property who were doing maintenance to the area cutting grass and replacing the pools filters, we could not use the pool for an hour. We were not informed about the maintenance activities that would be taking place. On Monday night at 7pm more people had started maintenance to the decking, this included the use of an angle grinder and power tools which were really load as we were attempting to relax in our apartment also there was work being done on the pool again which prevented us from using this. This work went on intill 10pm at night when it was dark. There was no communication of this happening and they acted like were was not staying in the apartment at the time. The property did not look at all like how it was advertised on the pictures it was small and was not modern. The communication was terrible with gaining access to the property and with maintenance works going on around us. I would not recommend staying here

The villa is situated on the mountain, it was a bit scary for us to get up their(we used taxi) and to go down. We would not dare to walk.

The appartment was not clean. Dirty towels . Some things hang loose, garden area was a mess around the bbq but also it was very very noicy. If you look for tranquility and quiteness search further
