Lavapiés

We should have found the keys in a lock but somebody stole them. We couldn't talk to the host but we met a woman (we still don't know who she was) who phoned the host and told us that she had one copy of the keys of the flat but DIDN'T HAVE THE KEYS TO OPEN THE MAIN DOOR. We asked her: "What if we go out tonight?" and she told us: "You have to stay at home". I called Booking's customer service 10 times in 2 weeks and they couldn't help me because: - at the beginning they couldn't contact the host - when the host (Humberto, whom we didn't talk to) answered, he lied to them saying he tried to help us but we didn't want to stay - Booking doesn't care about its customers LAVAPIES DIDN'T GIVE US THE KEYS AND THE HOST HUNG UP WHEN WE TRIED TO TALK TO HIM: THEY DIDN'T HELP US! "Lavapies" stole us 296 euros and we had to book another accomodation spending additional money. This host can not be trusted.

The location of the Keys, ver dificulty to find!

My experience here was extremely unpleasant. First of all, check-in is only at 4:00 PM, which is very inconvenient, especially after a long journey. Once we got to the room, the disappointment continued. The sofa at the entrance had broken springs. The room had a strong musty smell, and in addition, the phone signal was non-existent, which made communication extremely difficult. They don't give the bill! Overall, I don't recommend this place! The conditions are far from acceptable, and the quality-price ratio is very poor.
