A lot of things were broken or not working when we arrived

While the apartment was fit for purpose, there were a few issues with the host (Room Services). First of all, they asked if we could collect the keys at their office which is not within walking distance and requires a car/taxi. Arriving at 10pm at night with a baby, and having to go there to pick up the keys is not ideal. Secondly, despite booking the property for my husband, myself & our 1-year old, they still demanded I pay an extra fee to hire both a high chair & a cot for our 2-week stay. This was an extra €170. I felt this was very unfair as i had already paid €115 per night for our stay. Thirdly, on the day of check-out, I asked if we could stay an extra 1.5 hours so my baby could sleep before we headed to the airport. They told me I would have to pay €45 to do this. Of course I refused, and we checked out at 11am but what was worse was they asked me to drop the keys back to their office. They never informed me it was market day and the road to their office was completely shut off. I had to abandon the taxi at the bottom of the road (thank godness I had my husband with my baby and luggage) and walk 10 minutes to their office on an extremely busy day. I felt this was so unfair, and they should not require you to visit their office for key pick-up and drop-off.

Nothing to dislike. Only annoying thing is we had to go to the central plaza to pick up the key, which was fine as we had a car but would be a pain if was coming from the airport by taxi, as can’t pick the keys up until 3pm. So you would need another taxi if you were on an early flight.
