Damp in the bathroom could benefit from a little attention to detail- poor fitting plug so difficult to wash dishes thoroughly, bulbs needing replacing, dustpan and brush worn Adult pool could be cleaner .

Unfortunately, a few problems occurred. To mention first there was vermin in the flat - and no, we did not leave breadcrumbs. The vermin was there before we had even food in the flat. Also, we noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling - a problem for my allergic partner, and paint came down from the ceiling. Generally, there was a lack of cleanliness. One severe thing showed with the washing machine that - according to another user here - was broken, before we arrived and we were not informed about that.

Owner was friendly but doesn't speak a word of spanish or english, and this was a problem to find the appartment which is quite tricky to get to. Overall the place wasn't very clean. Floors were dusty, kitchen crookery was dirty - so much so that ants crawled all over to eat from "washed" dishes. We had to re-wash every single bit in the kitchen before use. Proper washing kept the ants away during our stay. Also there was construction work starting 9am a few mornings knocking walls next door - we were not warned about this.
