“Clean, modern and great location”

The best

Room was massive and looked out onto the street. Was very clean and well presented. Cleaning lady was really nice and friendly. The location is amazing right next to Gran Via however that does make it very noisy, the street outside can be quite loud but it’s worth it for the location.

“The Palü- Barco was vey nice, modern and clean and very well location. There was a problem with ten AC and they gave us another room, not as good as the previous one but still nice solution for us.”

“It was in the center · Cons: Your receptionist, Thiago, gave a stranger a master keycard to our room and allowed him to enter without our permission. This is a serious security breach and completely unacceptable. We wouldn’t have even known about it if the person himself hadn’t told us. Such a lack of security is unacceptable in any hotel.”

“Cons: We were coming from Malta where we use British plugs. Unfortunately we forgot the adaptor and we tried to connect the USB but there were no USB connections Would be great to have it as an option”
