“Room was clean with plenty of hot water and clean towels every day. The location was the best thing just a few minutes from the centre and Gran Via was round the corner. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. You can't leave luggage at this hostel but you can at Opera and that's just 5 mins away so that was very handy for us as our train didn't leave till 18.00. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid. · Cons: Not much. Maybe the street noise when the window was open but that's normal if you stay in the centre of a big city.”

Room was clean with plenty of hot water and clean towels every day. The location was the best thing just a few minutes from the centre and Gran Via was round the corner. Extremely noisy, could hear everything from the other rooms and the street, couldn't sleep without earplugs and still. No elevator. Couldn't pay at the property as said in Booking. Too dark, lights didn't work and I had to fix them myself (thankfully I was carrying a screwdriver). No receptionist, could only leave my baggage until 3pm so I had to pay for a locker.

“Perfect Location and a Perfect Price”

The best

Location is perfect for anyone wanting to get straight into the centre of the city. The hands off experience was perfect not having to interact with anyone just left to it.

To be improved

The shower was tiny, if there are any larger adults then the width of the access to the shower could well hamper your ability to gain access to the shower :)

“It’s in the heart of Madrid! Great point · Cons: It was difficult to get an answer from the staff, the check in had to be done online, there is no reception (they send a code and mine wasn’t working properly), it’s too noisy because of the street next to it and you can hear everything from the neighbors next door. We did not sleep at all!”

Location is amazing. Room very comfortable and cozy nice ! Very clean . Everything in the kitchen very well organised ! Thank you !

Only too noisy from outside at night and morning . But place is very good. I wish I can stay more days but it was over booked :(
