Close to everything you need in las Americas. And a short 15 minute walk to Siam park which is great!

To be improved

We were told our room was going to have 2 large double beds and a sofa bed but we ended up with a sofa bed and two single beds. We made do with what we had but it would’ve been nice to have been holding advance

The best

The apartment was in a great location, the little bar downstairs and the mini market was very handy to have. We had everything we may need for a comfortable stay, complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch also. Very spacious and clean apartment.

To be improved

The only thing to note was the fitted sheet on the bed was quite worn out and had gone very bobbly.

The best

It's a lovely apartment with all the amenities you need. Good location and nice pool area. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchenette had a lot of good points. Lots of plates and cups, etc, a coffee machine and a kettle were a nice touch with a few tea bags and coffee pods. There was plenty of hot water and good pressure. There are plenty of sockets and a nice balcony with seats etc. I would definitely stay again. Iron and ironing board were a great touch too.

To be improved

The bathroom was very slippery after showers, and my 80 year old dad slipped and fell on the tiles. There also seemed to be a lack of towels. Some sort of grippy mat would be ideal. It was also on the third floor with no lift, which he found a little challenging, but we didn't know that until we actually arrived. The hairdryer didn't work, and the sofa bed is comfy but very squeaky.
