This apartment/flat is very well located. There is a metro station nearby and has lots of transportation options. I would say that this property is in a very conveniently area.

To be improved

It is important to highlight that we (3 adults) had an 8-day stay. However, we were only offered two rolls of toilet paper. Also, I requested a change of towels and the maintenance staff were very straightforward and told us that we needed to use the washer. Really? I did not argue with them and they accepted to change the towels but refused the request for toilet paper. I believe this “incident” made this stay “less favorable” than expected.

“It was an amazing stay, very central”
The best

Location was good. Kitchen and living area are nice. Good facilities. supermarkets nearby. restaurants nearby. Off the gran via but still reserved. Good for students and design students from IED. Good overall.

To be improved

No smart tv which is very common nowadays. no brum to sweep the floors - if there was one, I didn't see it. flat is on the ground floor, so it does get quite dark. needs a night light as it gets pitch black during night-time.
