LEEWAYS APARTMENT in MANCEBOS

I stayed one month in November. When I arrived, laundry was broken and took about 10 days to fix. An awful sewage smell was coming out of the bathroom when I arrived (was later fixed). In the apartment there are only inverters to warm up the place so, anytime you switch them off, the place would get very cold very fast and it would take a while to warm it up again. The overall cleanliness of the place was less than perfect: pillows and couch were dirty. Also, when I arrived at night they told me after landing that I had to go get my keys in a locker in another street, which was pretty inconvenient. The whole experience has been very uncomfortable and I was told by their contact that I would have received a partial refund but that never happened. Also, Booking.com has been completely useless in the process.
