LEEWAYS LOFT XXXI in GRAN VÍA

1. Although the location is great, the street gets freaky at night as it becomes shelter to the homeless that sleep in front of the entrance . 2. I had to change my check in time in the morning of the rental and received an aproval by email on that day. However when i called to get the keys and codes the person on the phone was a bit rude and said that i cant just change the check in time on the same day of my stay .. (even though i told him that i i got an email confirmation and approval!) Anyways its alright since we finally got to check in at the right time . 3. The fridge was so noisy ( hence it was old) that we couldnt even sleep at night and had to unplug it at night and throw all the food we had purchased from yhe grocery store. 4. The sofa bed and the main bed are not comfortable at all. Especially the sofa/bed .. no way someone can sleep in that crippled matress and bed !!! 5. If you have lots of heavy luggage and a baby , good luck carrying them for few set of stairs. The elevator starts after a few stairs and takes you to a type of lobby whe u get to climb some again...
