“This is a secret jewel hidden in the centre of Santander. I have stayed in Santander many times, either arriving or taking the ferry but this is by far the best property I have stayed in. Indeed, it is one of the best properties I have stayed in around the world. The location is fantastic, less than 10 minutes from the port, station, market and the bars and restaurants. It is spotlessly clean. It is not the largest apartment we have stayed in but they have used the space really cleverly that you don't feel boxed-in. All this would give the property a 10, but it is the exceptional customer service from Bea that makes this apartment so wonderful. No request was too much. We're arriving early - no problem. We're leaving late - the boat was delayed 4 hours - again no problem. Check-in was smooth and efficient. We've stayed in lovely apartments around the world, where when something goes wrong the customer service is terrible. Nothing went wrong, everything worked but you knew that if there was a problem, or you needed help, Bea would arrange everything. I really shouldn't post a review and keep this place my secret!”

I can only confirm earlier reviews . We had a fantastic stay. Stand outs are the location , the apartment facilities and the incredibly warm welcome from Bea. We’re frequent travellers and this apartment is amongst the best we have stayed in . The very professional and friendly communication with Bea from booking to arrival and throughout our stay was the best we’ve experienced. Tip.. the apartment is an easy 5 minute flat walk from the train and bus stations … ignore any web route which takes you up and over a hill , you walk alongside the road through a tunnel .
