Perfect location. The best apartment features were the air conditioning, mattress and pillows! Nice size apartment for 6. Very good pool!

To be improved

Kitchen could've some improvements, like more utensils for cooking, eg. wooden spoon and cutting knife. Since we can have 6 people in the apartment, an american style coffee maker would be nice too, an Italian Moka is not enough. They don't provide kitchen towel. As a guest, I should not have to ask at the reception for dish soap, bath soap refill and toilet paper! It should be provided on daily basis as it comes to the end. The gym cable machine needs maintenance!

“Good property but miserable management staff!”

The property itself was good. It was clean, spacious, and with good facilities.

To be improved

The host, or the people managing the property, were miserable. The morning staff were not bad, but the guy managing it in the evening was miserable. We were told no guests were allowed after 8! I was like, what! What are these rules? This was not mentioned during the booking. We couldn't bring friends over to have a party, though we were very respectful to our neighbours. He was a pain to be with! Miserable! Sabotaged our holiday! Also, had to re-check in because of him! He was incredibly fussy, dodgy, miserable & creepy tooooo! Terrible, terrible experience with him!

“Apartment was cold at first but this was resolved. I would stay here again”

The location is good, its very peaceful. Elevators were quick. The apartments are clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped.

To be improved

We visited in the off season and the apartment was very cold when we arrived and so the heating had to be started for the whole building and took many hours to warm up. There was an unpleasant smell initially from the ventilation but this passed and the apartment was comfortable from the second day.

“Fantastic place to stay with friends!”

The best

The décor in the apartment i stayed in was fantastic! I was in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was much bigger than i expected with a view of the pool. This apartment was really close to the beach (10-15 minute walk) and close to the dance festival that me and my friends were attending.
